What is SproutBaby Club?
It’s our way of saying Thank You! The SproutBaby Club is a customizable
delivery program where you receive a monthly shipment of Sprout Foods
organic baby food in quantities that make sense for your family. When
you sign up, you’ll have the opportunity to select the volume of food
that best serves your needs (i.e. the number of pouches of food you’d
like each month), the recipes that your child enjoys, and we’ll make
sure you get your order of baby food on a monthly basis.
What are the benefits of joining SproutBaby Club?
Convenience, Flexibility, Savings, and the Environment.
- Convenience
– We know that time is a precious commodity, and making sure that you
are well stocked with your baby’s food might be one less thing to worry
about. Make your food selections once a month and leave the rest to us.
- Flexibility
– You can customize your monthly shipments based on your child’s likes
and dislikes. We know how quickly their tastes change, so we want you
to be able to select the right mix. Before you’re order’s shipped, you
get the chance to change all the recipes, some of the recipes, or leave
your order just the way it was.
- Savings – When you buy
larger quantities, it allows us to save on shipping and operations, and
we can pass on those savings to you.
- Better for the
environment — You can avoid multiple trips to the grocery store by
having consolidated shipments come right to you. And, one shipment
means less packaging waste!
How do I sign-up for SproutBaby Club?
Click
on Shop, and then select
SproutBaby Club. There, you will see a
number of different levels to choose from. Pick the level that is right
for your family, click the “Add to Basket” button and place your order.
When will I receive my monthly shipments?
We
have two shipping cycles, and depending on when you join the program,
your Club delivery will be assigned to one of the two. For example, if
you sign up between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will receive
your monthly shipments during the third week of each month. If you sign
up between the 16th and the end of the month, you will receive your
monthly shipments during the first week of each month.
Can I choose a different frequency for my shipments?
Right
now, the plan is one shipment per month, however we welcome your
feedback. Please tell us if a different frequency would work better for
you. You can contact us at club@sproutbaby.com. As always, we will do
our best to meet your needs.
Can I customize my shipments?
Yes.
We realize that your baby has different likes and dislikes, and only
you know best. Once you join SproutBaby Club, you will receive
instructions on how to customize your monthly orders. This is when you decide how many of which recipes you’d like to receive in your order. If you’d prefer, you can skip customizing and we’ll send you a variety of recipes of our choosing, in the monthly shipment level you selected. (Please note that
we are sometimes limited in certain recipes due to demand and
seasonality, and so we ask that you keep an open mind and a little
flexibility when placing your order. We’ll do our best to send you
exactly the recipes that you ordered, but from time to time, we may
need to substitute a few pouches.) Several days prior to shipment,
we’ll email you with a reminder that your SproutBaby Club shipment is
coming up, and give you a chance to modify your selections. If you
happy with the order as it is, do nothing and you’ll get the same mix
of recipes that you picked the previous month.
How do I change the level of my monthly orders?
If
you need to change to a different quantity level, just send us an email
at sproutbabyclub@sproutbaby.com. We’ll be glad to increase or decrease
your Subscription level.
Can I get the same discount for regular shopping (outside the monthly deliveries)?
Yes.
After you join SproutBaby Club, be sure to always sign-in before
shopping, and you’ll see a special “Member Price” appear below “Our
Price.”
How do I cancel my SproutBaby Club membership?
The
minimum duration for your monthly shipments is two months. At any point
after that, if you wish to cancel your membership, please send us an
email at club@sproutbaby.com. Please be aware that cancellations can
take from 10-15 days to be processed and are applied to future pending
orders only.
How and when will I be charged?
When
you sign up for the SproutBaby Club, you’ll need to provide us with
your credit card number. We will charge your credit card on file once a
month based on the service level (# of pouches you selected) for that
month’s shipment.
What are my savings?
Depending on which level of monthly shipments you choose, you can save between 10 to 20 percent off our standard prices.
Can I join SproutBaby Club without getting monthly shipments of Sprout Foods baby food?
At
this time, we are only offering SproutBaby Club in conjunction with
monthly deliveries. We welcome your feedback on this. Let us know what

Does SproutBaby Club include other products besides Sprout Foods baby food?
At
this time, we are introducing SproutBaby Club with a focus only on
Sprout Foods baby food. In the fuure, we may expand the coverage of
SproutBaby Club to cover our other products as well. Let us know what
